STEP 2
Material Preparation
Procure high-quality steel raw materials (certified to standards like ASTM, DIN, etc.).
Precision cutting to optimized sizes to minimize waste.
STEP 3
Forging & Heat Treatment
Heating & forging under controlled conditions for superior grain structure.
Thermal treatment (normalizing, quenching, tempering) to achieve desired hardness/strength.
STEP 4
Precision Machining
CNC forging machining for critical dimensions.
Gear processing (if required) with advanced gear hobbing/grinding.
STEP 5
Quality Assurance
Flaw detection (ultrasonic, magnetic particle, or dye penetrant testing).
